FINALLY!!! 1-0 AT WARWICK!!!

WOW!!!!

The CVYAA would like to congratulate the CV 14u Gold team on a magnificent performance to win our first ever LANCO Playoff Championship. CV(10-3), the #2 seed played at Warwick(13-0), the #1 seed for the Championship. Nicole Allen scored the only run and pitched a near perfect game backed by a flawless defense that made every play (some that were flat out awesome) to lead CV to a 1-0 victory. WOW!!!!

Helmets

ASA sanctioned Batting helmets are required equipment for the all LANCO players. Although every CVYAA team has ASA sanctioned helmets available for players to wear, in the interest of cleanliness and personal hygiene, the CVYAA strongly recommends that players provide a batting helmet for their own personal use. These can be found at any sporting goods store.

As a service to our players the CVYAA is pleased to announce that we will be offering Rawlings Coolflo batting helmet with face guard and chin strap for $25. Please let us know if you are interested..
